Robotics is one of the fastest emerging and interesting field in modern times having its use in a myriad of associated fields. It's bringing about a revolution in the field of automobile industry, biomedical sciences, defense, education and research. In short, Robotics is the future of the modern science. But till date there is a shortage of books available for the beginners for learning basics of practical robotics. This book aims at teaching the basics of practical robotics in a read-and-do manner with Atmel's AVR ATMega8 microcontroller. The Microcontroller part includes all the necessary theory and programming so that learner can learn to use the various features of microcontroller with ease. Apart from that, implementation of the software with a hardware kit has been thoroughly explained so that even a beginner can learn to make intelligent robots.
