  • Judges reserve all rights to eliminate the participation of any teams who indulge in any informal activities.

ARENA:

  • The whole championship arena is divided into various stages of evaluation.
  • The flying of quadcopter will be from the specific Source to Destination.
  • There are specific check points where the teams will be given relaxation and the teams can make use of the checkpoints for changing the batteries, adjusting gains, calibration of sensors, etc.
  • There will be enough time provided for the teams to charge the batteries at the completion of every stage. The requirement of time of charging the batteries during the conduct of competition will not be entertained.
  • The teams can skip the stages in which they think it is not possible for them to complete.

STAGE 1:
EVALUATION

  • The quadcopters will be evaluated with various stages of designing, construction, implementation of innovation and flying.
  • Each and every part will be observed for judging which includes the connection of various parts, fixing of components, materials used, how the stuff is implemented, etc.,

STAGE 2:
INDIVIDUAL TAKE OFF AND LANDING

  • During this stage the teams will be given multiple take off and landing only.
  • The performance will be evaluated like smoothness of taking off and landing, distortions in quad, vibrations, etc.
  • Multiple take off and landing will be given in the plain and uneven ground level.

STAGE 3:
MULTIPLE TAKE OFF AND LANDING

Multiple-take-off-and-landing

  • Multiple quadcopters will be allotted the specific locations and the evaluation will be made on the group performance of piloting.

STAGE 4:
LADDER CROSSING

  • This stage meets the perfection in the stability of the quadcopter.
  • During this stage the quadcopter has to travel through the gaps in the huge sized ladder.
  • The number of gaps to be travelled will be chosen by the first team member solving the quiz question chosen by the second team member.
  • For example. If the answer of the quiz question is 5 then the 5 gaps of the ladder is to be completed by the pilot.
  • The fashion of travelling the 5 gaps will be chosen by the team member.

STAGE 5:
ANGLED LADDER:

  • This stage is quiet similar to Stage 4.
  • Even more complexity to the piloting with the proper stability of the quadcopter is evaluated in this stage.

STAGE 6:
COURSE FIXING

  • In this stage the Course of flying is fixed, i.e., the Nose and Tail position of quad will be fixed.
  • The pilots will be given some paths to be completed.
  • During the completion of the path provided the position of the pilot will be changed from time to time.

STAGE 7:
TASK WILL BE GIVEN ON SPOT MODIFYING THE COMPONENTS OF THE ORIGINAL QUADCOPTER BROUGHT BY THE TEAMS.
