Terms and Conditions
1. Prize money will be dispersed via cheque only on and before 15th March 2016.
2. Robosapiens Technologies Pvt Ltd holds the right to make any modification in the defined protocols of the prize distribution policy.
3. In case of any discrepancy we will be bound to withhold the prize money till the matter will be resolved.
4. In case of any dispute the jurisdiction will be of Delhi High Court.
5. Winning team will get the Certificates on the spot at the end of the even at IIT Delhi, prize money will be released till March 15, 2016.
6. Announced prize money is for a team, every member of the winning team is liable to get the rest awards and rewards at the end of the event at IIT Delhi.If not collected at the end of the event,we will not be couriered.
7. Winning team has to submit a Resolution format mentioning the team details email ids, contact nos, college name, course name and year, their rank in the competition along with Xerox copy of ID Proof and Address Proof.
8. If because of any reason the winners could not collect the cheque, in that condition the winning team has to collect it from Noida Corporate Office at the mentioned address : B5,(1st floor),Block C,Sector 31 Noida, Pin Code 201301.
